Skier’s Choice, the proud manufacturer of Supra and Moomba performance inboard wakeboard and waterski towboats, is looking for an Upholsterer to join their team. Upholsterers prepare upholstery parts for seats and other upholstered items by tacking and attaching pre-sewn skins over foamed plastic and/or fiberglass substrates.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect skins for defects and trims excess threads and vinyl.
• Place skins over parts and aligns stripes.
• Pull vinyl tight over part and staple around edges making sure that edges, seams, and welt stay aligned and meet quality standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills / Experience / Physical Demands:

• Ability to read and interpret schedule for daily production requirements
• Ability to use hand tools, including foam knives, razor knives, scissors, heat and staple guns, and steamer
• Must have a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others.
• Must be able to bend at waist and knees and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift, push, pull and move up to 50 pounds.
