Skier’s Choice, the proud manufacturer of Supra and Moomba performance inboard wakeboard and waterski towboats, is looking for an experienced Patcher / Gel Repair Technician to join their team. Patchers and Repair Technicians perform repairs on fiberglass boat hulls, decks, and small parts using paint, buffer with wax, polish, compound, fillers, putty, and/or paste. Includes sanding, buffing, repairing and spraying gel coat on a high shine finished surface.

Skills / Experience / Physical Demands:

• Experience patching marine grade gel coat required
• Experience spraying metal flake is a plus
• Experience using hand tools including gel-coat spray equipment, grinders, buffer, drill, or other specialty tools
• Ability to work long periods standing, bending, stooping, climbing, and reaching
• Must follow all safety standards and procedures including chemical handling standards
• Must have a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others.
